Return Policy

We accept returns of most items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are not eligible for return. Please see the exceptions below.

Conditions for Return

• Item must be in its original condition.
• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Original packaging must be included.
• A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Sale items (unless otherwise specified)

Initiating a Return

1. Contact us at [email protected] or call us at 1-673-321-8384 x1469 to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Once you receive your RA number, securely repackage your item(s) in its original packaging, if possible.
3. Ship the package to the address provided in your RA confirmation email. Please retain your shipping confirmation number.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received).

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
